Hello! I’m Jamie Ingram and welcome to my website.

I am an international swimmer based in Manchester, England. Some of my notable achievements include:

  • • Silver medal as a member of the men’s 4x100m freestyle relay at the 2022 Commonwealth Games

  • • 8th place 100m butterfly at the 2022 Commonwealth Games

  • • 3rd place 100m butterfly at both the 2022 and 2023 British Swimming Championships

  • • 9x medallist at National Short Course between 2021 and 2023, including golds in the 50m and 100m butterfly 2022

  • • Silver medal in 100m butterfly at the British Summer National Championships 2023

  • • An infuriating and agonising 7th place finish in 100m butterfly at the British Olympic Trials 2024

  • • Competed at 5 legs across both the 2022 and 2023 editions of the Swimming World Cup

I have been swimming at a national level (or higher) for the past 12 years and as such have accrued a wealth of knowledge and experience around swimming, and the associated lifestyle. I aim to use this knowledge to be of service to other swimmers coming through. I document a lot of my training through my YouTube channel and Instagram account, and offer a range of services to clubs and individuals. These include:

  • Club visits to develop skills, technique, or to talk about optimal lifestyle choices

  • 1-to-1 coaching sessions

  • Online training plans

  • 1-to-1 mentoring, on a monthly basis

  • Race analysis

If any of these services appeal to you or your club do not hesitate to get in touch via this website, or email admin@jingramswimming.com and we can organise something for you!

“I’ve been working remotely with Jamie for a few months now and I did not think I could ever be trained and challenged this well from so far away, across the pond in Canada. Between my periodic stroke analysis check-ins, weekly program updates and ongoing support from Jamie on WhatsApp, I have a renewed sense of direction and focus in my solo training. All my swim workouts are tailored to my schedule and to my personal goals, and same goes for my dryland. We have my stroke technique, speed, efficiency and breathing all planned out in weekly programs that fall into larger monthlong and ~3 month long cycles that Jamie plans out; everything I do in the water or at the gym play into short and long term goals that I’d otherwise struggle to program on my own, and I’ve already seen improvement in a few shorts months with this high level of detailed planning. I can’t wait to see how much more potential Jamie can help me unlock. I would not be able to make as much steady progress on my own. Having a great coach who can program for my goals , my lifestyle and even my injuries is paramount for”
