Visiting The COMAST Raven Moss Squad

Another one of our squads based away from the Aquatics centre today this time with the Raven Moss squad at Moss Side Leisure Centre. Similar to yesterday I think me visiting these squads is really important for the kids seeing someone wearing the same kit as them having success in swimming, and hopefully inspiring them to keep swimming! I spent the first hour shadowing Coach Chris, and giving stroke advice to the swimmers on their set. I then took them through some vertical kicking drills, and a fly turn progression. Some very good effort and learnings from those athletes, which they should take with them into all of their future sessions!
